Eclectic Style For The Basement

An Eclectic style is an excellent choice for decorative your basement. This style is largely open-ended and does not specify a particular color scheme. The key to this design style is to use a palette of contrasting colors. Using a single color for all the walls would limit your creativity and make it harder to find the right combination. Instead, try alternating brights and shades.

The Eclectic style can be applied to any room in your house. It’s flexible and easy to change up as your tastes change. This style is a great way to mix and match artistic trends, cultures, and eras. Designers recommend incorporating no more than three different styles and sticking to a base style. Once you’ve found your base style, you can go from there. Once you’ve completed your basement, you can start by choosing items that go together and will look good together.

For the walls and ceiling, consider a neutral background. While light blue looks great with just about any style, it won’t clash with your walls or ceiling. As for furniture, choose an eclectic style that is timeless and has a neutral color base.
